7lb water weight in a week?!?

I started to try and lose weight again on Friday 12th January at 247lbs, I weighed myself today (20th Jan) and I'm now 240lbs.
Can all of that really be water weight? Because I'm sure as hell I can't have lost 7lb of fat in a week...!
(p.s I've been eating around 1400 calories per day and I don't cut out ANY food groups i.e. I'm still eating carbs )
Also I'm female, 29 years old and TMI I haven't been on my period during this time.
Thoughts??

1-2 lbs could be fat and the rest is likely water/glycogen. Its normal.
Stick with it and let time be your ally for your goals!2 -
Yup. I dropped 8lbs my first week. It happens.2

Yep, 6lbs in my first week here. Weight loss is a very up-and-down sort of process, so settle in and be prepared for that!2

Some is fat. Some is water. All of it is less weight on your joints whether it is fat or water. Good job.
