Is your goal weightloss? Stop snacking, and instead eat when you have time to sit down for a meal. You'll have "natural" slots for breakfast and dinner. You should be entitled to a lunch break too. Buy, prepare and bring real food that you like.0

I use to take individual portions of crackers, chips, nuts and cereal in snack bags. I would make several of each and keep them in large storage container. works with veggies too. They were easy to grab and go. I also took individual servings of yogurt, peanut butter, dip, salsa, guacamole, etc. Search for Clean Food Crush her refrigerator weekly prep photos are an inspiration. Also search for the Masonable or Mason Jar Fruit Cup Hack tons of ideas out there.
here are some mason jar snacks I have made.
