Daily Check In Partner?

Hey MFP, is anyone interested in doing daily check ins with one another? I’m just looking for one person, preferably someone who has already started on their journey (lost some weight). We can trade quick messages about what went well/what didn’t each day. If others reply maybe we can get a few folks matched with each other? All about accountability! :-)

    I'm interested in this. I've been a serial starter, but I'm ready for this to be the time to get healthy. Having a buddy helps so much!

    Good idea. Getting onto the swing of it after 3 weeks but then just when you think it's safe to go in the fridge .....

    Hi all. I just turned 49 yesterday and am ready to get healthy this year. A daily/semi-regular check in would help with accountability.

    I'd be interested. I've been logging food daily (68 day streak :smile: ). Down a little over 30 of maybe 100 lbs (haven't fully determined what my goal is). Focused on CICO, limiting starches and sugars but no restrictions. Very committed and in it for the long haul. Friend me!
