What’s up every one . Hi I’m Nate I’m new here. I am a 36 year old man that just had his first son and I want to be around to see him grow up. Don’t get me wrong I have other kids in my life my beautiful wife had 2 girls before we where married but it never really hit me how important my health was until I seen how my little man looks up to me every day. With that said I’ve switched over and am now a vegetarian and would love to go vegan I just can’t give up my eggs lol any ways any one have any recipe or any good eating or health tips please send them my way . Tell later stay health my friends

For health, you need a varied and balanced diet. You can eat anything you want in moderation. You can have a varied and balanced diet as an omnivore, a vegetarian or a vegan. You can also have a poor diet as an omnivore, a vegetarian or a vegan. Veganism is an ethical decision, not a health decision.1

Yeah I’m not doing the vegetarian thing for health but it does help out I’m doing more of a plant base life style to live and have a longer living body. Once you start reading more and find out the down falls of meat that would make you start eating to live and not live to eat check out forks over knives on Netflix and read how not to die those 2 things alone opened my eyes. Do you know all the things out there that they make Greg’s for that can be cured from a plant base diet. The average person now might live a bit longer then years ago but it’s not healthy living and I they are on a million drugs I don’t want that to be me1

Good for you! I’m vegetarian and would love to become vegan. I want to be around for as long as possible for my kids too! I keep chickens, ducks and turkeys and so giving up eggs would seem wasteful to me! It’s a dilemma! Good luck.1
