My calcium intake is miniscule everyday. I cannot eat dairy or soy. What are the best foods to eat?

Sesam seeds spinach and almonds have a fair amount on calcium! Include them regularly in your diet and go to the doctor to test wether your calcium intake is enough!
You can have lactose free milk with extra calcium or almond milk too!
Anyway before you take action go to your doctor and check your levels, they would probably give you a more exact answer
    Hope this helps!

Most plant milks are fortified with calcium (2 cups usually gets you the rdi).

Aside from almond milk or coconut milk and maybe some fish - that's a hard one. Is there a medical reason you can't eat dairy or soy? Have you talked to your doctor about what calcium supplements you might be able to take?

Not too hard at all! Here's an article I found in a quick search. I don't know much about the site, but several of the foods I'm familiar with are indeed ones I've used for calcium as I've had to reduce and cut out dairy from my diet a few times.
