Thank you. I've lost about 25lbs. I drink coffee and eat yogurt for breakfast. I eat tuna salad lettuce wraps for lunch. I eat a salad and baked chicken with green beans for dinner. That is Monday through Friday. Weekends I eat whatever I feel like but within my calorie goal. I am used to eating the same meals weekly and enjoy them. I am doing low carb and my next goal is to lose 5 more pounds. I will be satisfied but I need to incorporate working out in my days because I know that would be a major transformation. I've done all this with no working out, just eating healthy.

Hi! You look fabulous! I'm 5ft1 and got to my goal of 122. I'm a few up due to writing my master thesis but i hand that in soon and plan on getting back down to it all aiming for 119 which is 8st7. I have been around goal for 1.5 years0
