I need some inspiration! 6 months till my big day.. I'm just wondering what is achievable.. What have you all managed to achieve in 6 months and how did you do it?

42 pounds in the last 6 months through mostly changing my diet.12

The past 6 months...nothing. But I wasn't trying. Previous results:
(Not quite 6 months, but had to stop. I found out I was pregnant)

67 pounds. In being upfront, a lot of them weren't done healthy. I very proud of the last 15 as I've corrected dangerous behaviour and am now losing in a healthy steady manner.6

I’ve lost 33 pounds in 6 months. My inspiration to start was my daughter getting married. I’ve been mostly on 1700 -1800 calories a day. Lots of walking and weightlifting.5
