Hi guys! So I'm currently at 58kg and I need to lose 12 lbs in two months as I have many weddings to attend and I begin my new job then.
Is this possible? And if you have tips and advice to share, I would really appreciate it! Let me know what works and what doesn't as well.
♥️ looking forward to hear from you guys!

Hi. I totally get your dilemma. I have 15 pounds to lose to get back to my normal weight. I quit smoking four years ago and put on 40 pounds during that first year as an ex smoker. Then, once my quit was solid, 3 years ago I joined a gym and hired a trainer and lost 25 pounds and gained muscle but these last pounds refuse to budge. I am ready to try this diet out. From what I've been told drink a tall glass of water before you put any food into your mouth, have good cheese handy, avocados, use olive oil and vinegar on salads which I have everyday, several kinds of nuts but only a handful twice a day for snacks plus blueberries and full fat yogurt that I sweetened with my protein powder. My problem has been consistently keeping my calorie intake at 1200 calories. I'm only 5'4" and need to get from 140 pounds to 125 pounds which always was my normal weight. So let's work on this together. Please add me to your support group. Let's nail this weight loss once and for all.

At your size it's pretty unlikely. Unless you're under 5' tall you're already at a healthy weight, which means to lose it's going to take time. Your best bet is to either set everything up to lose half a pound a week or look into a body recomposition (eating at maintenance plus starting a progressive lifting program).

Don't try to lose weight that quickly. You might reach this unreasonable and arbitrary goal, but lose some muscle mass and hair along the way. At least, that is what happened to me.

Just my opinion, try not to focus too much on the scale. Do what you can to lose a little and tone up, but don't stress yourself out over it. Buy a few dresses that make you look amazing and enjoy yourself at the weddings. :)
