I am new here and I see that there are groups and challenges, I'm a little nervous so I want to start slow and I'm looking for people to join me.
Here's the challenge: 15 miles in the next week.
Walk, run, roll, crawl, hopscotch, however you want to get there... (Biking wouldn't really be fair - but go for it)...
Track 15 miles this week.
Doing this would be more then I've done in a while... Anyone with me? We'll start small and build up.

Count me in! I just got home from vacation and my classes start up again tomorrow so this challenge will be perfect for me to transition back into "real life".0

I walked 6.26 miles today. So thats a nice chunk. Means I only need to walk 1.4 miles a day for the rest of the week. If I get a good run or two in I will even get a rest day or two.
I log my routes on runkeeper.com if anyone else wants to use it for their walks.0 -
