Just joined today....I am a young professional who started working too many hours and quit exercising - I put on a few additional LBs that I am not used to seeing. This morning I woke up and decided today is the day to put on the breaks and turn things around. Instead of waking up at 5a, I got up and 4a and put on my running shoes...HERE GOES!

Similar folks keen on providing words of motivation and encouragement are happily welcome!
