    Non-Scale Victory! Something that's improved that ISN'T the number on the scale - wearing those favorite jeans, getting a compliment, climbing a hill, etc.

    Is there somewhere on MFP that tells us new users the acronyms? If not, is there anyone who has the time / knowledge that would do it for us?? These are the ones I have learned this week:

    Bump = bring up my post - keeps topic on top of list and places it under an individual's My Topics.
    30ds = Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred program
    NSV = non-scale victory - noticing exercising is easier, clothes looser, compliment on appearance ...
