Hi! I'm trying something new and NOT weighing myself. Anyone else?

Hi, everyone! My name is Lillian and I've always had a pretty healthy diet and lifestyle. Recently, a medical condition + just getting older has made me pack on a few pounds and my clothes are just a little tighter. I'm a runner, so I know that's impacted muscle growth, but I'm not completely satisfied with my waistline/tummy, so I've decided to make some changes. I haven't weighed myself since November 2017, and I just rather measure inches. Anyone have any tips on how to stay motivated with something other than a number on the scale?

I haven’t been able to give up the scale yet?!0

I always liked going by how my clothes fit! You'll suddenly see a pair of pants become loose and a top become too big. It's a great way to gauge progress without getting hung up on a number0

Yeah I did that. That's why I'm back here cutting aggressively.0

I did it too and gained. I'm hoping some of it is muscle at least.0
