On my 100th day.........

Today marks 100 days since I have started with MFP and i found it absolutely necessary on this day to extend my extreme gratitude and appreciation to every one out there who has gotten me to today. In 100 days I have lost 36 pounds and dropped 3 sizes. I feel wonderful and energized and coming here was the best decision I could have made for myself. I look forward to conquering the next 100 days and many there after to reach my goal weight. Thank you to all of you from the bottom of my heart for all your support and motivation - I hope to return the favor some day! For all of you out there - keep forging ahead - it is well worth it - and thank you again!!!
