This used to be so easy in my 20’s now seems so hard. Not giving up will reach my goal!!

You have had years to form new habits and preferences, of course it's harder. But you're also wiser and more patient. Weight loss still comes from consistently eating less than you burn, for real, and for a long time. Don't try, just do. Welcome to MFP0

Yes, Im there now as well...cant remember that just sniffing too hard at a chocolate resulted in a kilo gained! But. Keeping positive and marching forth!0

Its no harder in your 30s/40s/50s etc to lose weight than in your 20s, we just have to eat less than we burn.
I didn't have success at weight loss until I reached my 40s and found this app. Knowledge is power. Being calorie aware will really help you lose if you stay within the calories MFP gives you consistently.
