What time should you weight yourself in the day does it matter

I do it first thing after my morning shower. Weight will fluctuate throughout the day as you eat and engage in activity. An early morning weigh-in is the most consistent and comparable metric I know. Plus, it is easy to remember. Just make it part of your morning routine.1

First thing in the morning before you eat or drink anything.1

Yes, I weigh first thing in the morning after using the bathroom and before eating or drinking anything. I try to weigh around the same time every day - on the same scale, and wearing similar clothing or just in my skivvies and a tank top (or nothing at all if your scale is in the bathroom ha ha)1

Same after pee before I eat or drink and naked lol ever Oz counts hehehe0

It doesn't really matter as long as you always do it at the same time. But as everyone else said, I always way first thing after using the bathroom. It would seem there are the least variables at that point in the day.0

At the same time each day is the main thing. For me its first thing, after bathroom and before breakfast.0
