Ok at the risk of sounding ignorant I would appreciate some help. I have been eating this breakfast bowl at a gym for a long time and I don’t think I will be continuing there as a member. The picture attached shows the ingredients. I am thinking that the cilantro and avocado are added last after it is cooked. I’m think the other stuff can be prepared ahead of time (excluding the eggs) and warmed up perhaps for 2 days. I am trying to figure out how to do this and be efficient. Any suggestions? It really is rather delicious.
Thanks
Scott

Scramble your eggs. Brown the beef, add the veg. Put together. Put avocado on top.0

If you wanted to batch-cook, you could make a batch of the beef and vegetables ahead of time. That would probably last at least a few days. Then, each morning you could scramble the eggs, add the beef and veg until it's warmed through, then add the avocado and any other cold ingredients on top.1
