Trying to learn this app to change my new way of eating. I am struggling a little on what to eat breakfast and lunch. Where do I find example of meals for a day?

You can eat absolutely anything you want. This app gives you a caloric goal based on your personal goals. Stick to the caloric goals and you should lose weight (or gain it if that's your goal). It's a good idea to try for good nutrition but not necessary!1

Maybe start by logging what you ate today so far.
You may find that eating what you already eat but *less* is a good idea. Or you may find that you could change out parts of your meal for the better.
If you find that you are reaching your daily calory count by 1pm, then look at what you have eaten and realise that this is for a whole day, not half a day.
It is hard to for others to suggest specifics as we do not know what is available to you or what you like.
