Do you still carry extra heat with loose skin in summer? do you enjoy summer more? how much weight did you lose? are you cooler/less sweaty carrying less weight?

Yes, less sweaty, less hot, less chub rub, less feet swelling.
I lost 50pounds.(20 to go till goal)1 -
This coming summer will be my first at my TW so I’ll get back to you on how hot things get over the course of a season. I just returned from Maui this morning where the temps were 78° - 85° for the week I was there. I was comfortable and never felt like the heat slowed me down. I lost 157lbs so, yes I was definitely cooler and everything heat related was vastly improved.2

After losing 80 pounds summers are much better because I'm not as sweaty. I used to sweat constantly even doing nothing. Now it has to be hot and/or humid for me to sweat in the summer even while being moderately activity.
It's great being able to wear summer dresses and skirts without having my thighs rub together. I also enjoy being able to wear whatever I want and not having to worry about covering up parts of my body.
During the late fall - early spring I'm always freezing though. I thought after a few years of maintaining my weight my body would have adjusted to carrying way less fat and being leaner, but 5 years later I'm still cold. I just have to stay prepared. I carry extra jackets and sweaters with me and I layer up.

I feel like my thighs will still rub together after weightloss because I may get loose skin? I have about 130lbs to lose.
My inner thighs were a trouble spot. When I hit my goal they were wobbly and deflated.
Since I was overweight for so long and older, I wondered if it was something I would just have to deal with. I still kept going with my daily brisk walking and strength training.
During year 2 of maintenance they started to firm up and by year 4 my thighs looked like I was never overweight/obese. This is just my experience however.
Best of luck with your weight loss!12 -

Thanks so much! In my lower belly and triceps yes. Although it did not take as long as my inner thighs took to firm up they eventually did.1
