Clean eaters--What to drink for that mid-afternoon lull?

I used to get coffee drinks that are full of random stuff, definitely not "clean". Now I need to find a substitute to keep me going when I feel tired in the afternoon. What do you drink?

    In the summer, I like juicing some watermelon or pineapple. They are mostly water anyway and make a nice drink.

    GREEN OR WHITE TEA ARE BOTH GOOD FOR YOU HOT OR COLD I DRINK GREEN TEA EVERY DAY.

    Try a protein smoothie with skim or almond breeze milk! mmmmm!

    Not entirely sure this would be considered completely clean due to the diet green tea but............

    Put in a blender:
    half a frozen banana
    fresh peach
    1/4 cup fresh pineapple
    Lipton diet green tea w/citrus
    2oz plain greek yogurt
    ice cubes
    Blend and keep adding ice cubes till you get consistancy you want. Delicious.
    This will make an entire blenderfull so you may want to share or be prepared to be VERY full!

    If you work and can't do this, you can do it in advance, stick it in the freezer at work and eat it like lemon ice. YOu can use any fruit you like but its important to have some banana for consistency sake.

    If you're just thirsty then go with coconut water. Tastes great and is super healthy.
