... loose some weight. From when I can remember i was always "the chubby one" with 10-15 kg more that i Should have, but I was always active and quite sportive.
I started with cyclin, that helped a lot with my Asthma, and than at age of 18 i started with gimnastycs and cheerleading. I became also a coach. Life went on, I stopped training, I started to work as a waiter, done a lot of km, than became a seller in a petshop, and starrted fitnes... and so on... 2 years ago at age 26 i started to work in an office, 8 ours sitting here is not that healty. I became lazy and started to accomulate kilograms. Last summer, i started to run, but at october i hurt my achilles tendon and it was over for almost the rest of year.
So this january at age of 28 and 104 KG I started again to be more active, i started to run, i bought a bike and started the LCHF type of eating.
So i have a few goals, the first one is loosing some fat, so I can run easier, faster and longer. This is my first goal. So far i've lost 5 kg.
The other goal is to runa a half marathon this april, or at least 10k if I will see i won't be able to run 21k, I think I can do it in September before the injuri of tendon i was able to run 15k in 100 minutes. Not bad for me who never ran. Asthma. Now I am running 4 times a week, 5x 5 km and 1x 1 hour. First run 5k was 45minutes today the same route i ran in 32 minutes ( 90 m ascents and desents )
The third goal is frome my house to a top of an mountain ( 1064m in height the top ) and in total 100km in both ways but more than 30 km in ascents. I try to pedal 2 times a week.
Also i'm doing HIIT trainings or strenght training, like the program on Polar flow, designed it for me.
It's my third week on LCHF i'm feeling OK, i try to keep my carbohydrats under 50g, for now. i think i'm doing quite OK. The only "problem" is i'm a vegeterian, and I started with a lot of cheese and yogurts, but then I was told not to consume them that much so i'm slowly diminuating those, trying to keep the fat high fith other food. Trying too eat moe healthjy and biological, Thank god I got my field to cultivate my own vegetables.
So i'm sorry for my bad english, I know it's sucks but i'm doing my best Soy for this long story and presentation

Welcome to MFP It's very hard to eat low carb and vegetarian, maybe you should reconsider. Weightloss is about eating less, not what you eat.0

It's hard but it can be done. I used to depend on carbohydrates, lived on pasta, bread, rice... I think I will not stay forever on this diet, but for now it's working fine for me, also is helping me to forget all those carbohydrates. Also with my work it's a little difficult eat regulary and healthy.
If I will see that it's not working for me, of course, I wil change.

It's hard already? It's just that when you finally see it's not working, you will change - back to how you ate before, and then some. Ever heard about rebound overeating? Yoyo-dieting? That's what happens when people undereat or otherwise feel deprived.
Eating regularly is eating every day, but not all the time. Eating healthy is getting enough of everything you need every day, but not too much of anything over time. Does that sound hard?0 -
No, it's hard to not eat that much cheese and other milk products.
Of course I heard all those things, but my main problem is, that i used to eat late when I came home and eat a lot, many times I didn't eat all day or mybe a sandwich or some pasta, depends on my work hours.
Now I have some nice objectives, that will make me push forward and don't step off my path no more.
I really was sugar and carbohydrates addicted and now with this type of eating, I'm not missing those foods, I feel full all the time now eaven happens that I cant eat all that I prepared hahah.
Anyways, I'm eating better now, and i'm functionaiting better, i'm not hungry all the time, before i could eat and eat and eat. And I lost 5 kg already, also I proggresed in running, time and effort I have a lot of energy and i must do smthing evry day to realise it.
I know, that I can loose weight with eating less, but I really ned to not eat carbos. Plus, before many times my sugar dropped, and I needed to eat smtng sweet I felt sick, I was 2 times at the doc. but nothing found, once I mesured my sugar levels, in that state and had 3.1mmo/l ( i think its written this way) Now this things don't happen, I don't miss sweets, pasta, rice, bread...
