I've been putting off getting back at it, saying waiting to the holidays were over and a few other things. There's always something going on, so I just have to stop the excuses!

Ok I'm back, back to where I started...again. had lofty goals and too many expectations so trying for one day at a time this time. this is waaay harder than when i quit smoking 7 years ago
