    I always have the Venetian Chicken and I make them bring me a salad with dressing on the side.

    I went last week:. Before I went: , I looked on line at olive garden an picked out my food. I have to look out for my soduim. I had all

    the sauces on the side and asked not to add any salt to my food. All the cals were high I only ate half and brought the rest home

    for my lunch the next day . The salad was great I had no dressing put on my bowl which worked out great. You could

    ask for lemon slices to use as dressing , I added 1 pkg of sweet n low to the lemon . The bread sticks are a killer, however

    I did not eat the bread stick , for I knew I would not stop at one. It was great and enjoyed the folks I was with!!! Have fun!!!!!!
