Unfortunately, there are no exercises that will remove fat from a specific part of your body. You simply need to lose weight all over and hope the rolls go eventually.6 -
Presence of back rolls suggests that you'd get more mileage out of dieting than exercise. You should, of course, exercise consistently and as vigorously as your health allows - but back rolls is a diet thing.1

Yep. Just keeping making good choices, and they'll go away.0 -

But like, don't hey go hand in hand? Also, you can't really target one area. You need to lower bf% in general. Just eating better isn't going to specifically get rid of back fat.0 -

Yes, they go hand in hand (I don't think you intended the pun), but the point is that you can do lower back extensions all day and, as long as you are not in a caloric deficit, your back rolls aren't going anywhere.2 -

If it were possible, I definitely would have kept the weight I lost off of my feet and taken it from my belly instead. Its been months since I noticed my shoes were getting looser and I'm still freaking irritated about it.2 -

 Oh yes! Not only is it a relatively useless place to lose weight, it's annoying to have to buy new shoes. Also my hands. I don't really feel like I *need* gaps between my fingers, but I've got 'em now!1 -

Good thing, since I will never have a thigh gap!1 -

I don't have any comparison pictures to know if this is a new development, but I do have a gap between the lower segments of my index and middle fingers. Hawt.1 -
Best thing for back rolls: RUN to the store. PICK UP a food scale. RUN back home. SET it down on your counter. PICK UP your food. SET it on the scale. LOG calories. Repeat 10 reps 3x day. Ok to add in extra sets when eating between meals. Repeat daily until back rolls are gone.2

I lost several ring sizes. I'm ok with that!0 -
I agree with what most everyone here said. A clean diet can rid of you those. I also would recommend doing some alternating renegade rows. This is one killer exercise but man, it can strengthen the areas along your middle back.2

Through all my ups and downs (spanning about 65 pounds, not including pregnancy) I never had to re-size my rings. They got snug, but I could always juuuuussst get them on/off. They're definitely looser now, though. Several ring sizes is a lot!0 -
