How do you log in your Orangetheory Fitness class into your diary?? On my board at class my summary said I burnt 404 calories in the hour... when I look for HIIT I can't seem to find it. Please advise, thanks!!!

    I would probably use the calisthenics item for logging.

    I just add it under cardio (manually) with my calorie count that day. I don't both with the strength part as OTF changes daily and the calorie burn is my exercise goal.

    You can make your own exercises and punch in your numbers yourself. It stays saved to your list of exercises to use again, just adjust calories burned each time you log. I do it all the time depending on what I did.
