I gave birth last April 2017. Ive gained 32 kgs during my pregnancy, going from 60 kg to 92 kg.
I lost 13 kgs right after deliver, and the rest is all eating healthy ( and restricting my calorie intake of course) and a little exercising.
I have promised myself that by my daughter’s 1st birthday on April 2018 id be back to my pre pregnancy weight (actually wanted to be 56 kgs which is even lower than prepregnancy weight)
Now it is the end of Jan, ive only got 2 months left, and i am 67 kgs.
I really need some motivation

Hi! What you’ve achieved is amazing! Not long to go now. I would like to loose the same weight. I’ve stated MFP 7 days ago. Goal 1: go from 67 to 60kg. Goal 2: go below 60 if i can.
I’m focused, but it’s really nice to have extra support...1 -
