How can I get strength in my wrists? They hurt so bad it makes pushups almost impossible and even hurt while riding a bike.

my wrist started hurting recently too and I realized it was from improper form. When doing pushups I would put more of the weight on the front of my hand/fingers rather than the palm...once I fixed this and watched how I held dumbbells it got much better!0

Try taking Glucosamine with Condroiton (it's one pill), it will help build up joints. But it could also be your form. Try to put an equal amount of weight on the whole arm and the hand, not just on the wrist and the fingers.0

It prolly isnt weak wrists, rather improper form which is causing the pain.
You should be able to locate a video on YouTube showing correct form.0 -
I am soooooo tempted to write an inappropriate response but I'll restrain myself lol!
Carpel tunnel......?0 -
Use push up stands or use dumbbells in lieu of push up stands...no more wrist pain for me (plus you can go deeper in the push up).0
