Hello everyone,
Is there a way to add my exercise in, but NOT have it adjust my food calories after I've done so? Thanks.

If you have premium or adjust the burn to 1.
That said if your calorie goal is based off MFPs calculator it is designed for you to eat at least some of your exercise calories. Creating to large of a deficit can be hard to sustain, lead to binges, and will result in lean body mass loss as well as fat (muscle, connective tissue, organs, ect are all lean mass).3 -

What shadow said, only premium members can do this or just adjust to 1 (I did this the first week of my fat loss)0 -
Eat back at least half of the calories you earn from exercising. You’ll still lose weight but maybe you can avoid losing muscle mass. Also, your body needs to fuel your workouts.1

I eat back about half my exercise calories which ensures I'm feeding myself and also ensures I stay in a deficit within a margin of error.
Very rarely I will take a day and eat back 100% of my exercise calories. I find this is the best way to take a "re-feed" meal.0
