i been eating healthy and exercising and have to pee all the time is this normal

It's just your body balancing your water weight.
It needs less to process less food. Also if you have reduced carbs it sheds even more water weight. It will settle down. just keep sticking to your calorie goal.0 -

depends what you mean by 'all the time'?
are you drinking to thirst or just because you think you need to drink loads to lose weight?0 -
How much water are drinking every day?
When I started I thought that I needed to drink gallons to be healthy. Turns out I was wrong! I was over doing it.1 -
I drink the same amount as before I started eating healthy and exercising the only time I drink more is when I work out so about 2 more bottles of water0

I wouldn't worry about it too much unless it is interfering with your life in a significant way, then you might need to see a doctor.0
