I think maybe it's dumb but I LOVE when my hair freezes after a shower in the morning
I've definitely gone outside with wet hair when it's freezing and my hair has never frozen.0 -

It's pretty during the holidays, makes Christmas a little more Christmasy. Then it gets scooped, plowed, melts, slushy, dirty ... Blech!

I've heard that too, I still go out with wet hair often and it does freeze. Makes it a bad hair day, somehow makes my kinda frizzy hair frizzier than usual0 -
