I only have 3 weeks !

Okay, I need help. I have gained 10 lbs over the past 8 weeks and I am now leaving for vacation in 3 weeks. I don't want to have to buy a whole new wardrobe just for that so I need to fit comfortably into them before leaving. I have beach body on demand which I haven't used in 2months (I have been taking care of my I'll mother abroad for the past 8 weeks hence the stress and weight gain). What workouts should I do for the best results? Too many options on there... Oh and I can work out twice a day now if needed. And in that case, should I do two different programs ? ...
Also I'm eating very healthy now and eat 4 small meals a day which I'd what I usually do any way. Just need to limit the lattes haha
All suggestions welcome, thanks!
Extra info:
I'm 5'7" and currently weigh 188 lbs. I used to weigh 215 lbs and with an active lifestyle and by cutting out all processed foods I ended up weighing 178 lbs. But I am now 10 lbs heavier and my clothes is feeling extremely uncomfortable again ... help !

Honestly, if you managed to lose 10lbs in 3 weeks it would probably be mostly water weight and wouldn't actually affect your size as much as you think it will.
You gained 10lbs in 8 weeks, so to be realistic it is going to take that long at the least to lose that. Instead of trying to crash diet and exercise, maybe just configure MFP for a moderate weight loss and get used to a workout schedule you can continue once you come back from vacation (or even continue while on. There are people that do that as well)11 -
3 weeks may be enough time to lose 10 pounds if its mostly water, like Pika joy says. But you will not be able to have any cheat days or cheat meals, because it will also be very easy to gain in 3 weeks since you have been on a gaining roll. Good luck, and remember weight loss is a long term lifestyle change and doens't really work very well when you try and cram weight loss into a few weeks. It works best when its a long term lifestyle mindset.5

You could lose around 3 or 4 lbs in that time frame... better than nothing.
Surely some of your holiday clothes have some stretch in them?2 -

Very true. Thankfully with beach body on demand I can work out while on vacation. I travel a lot so it's been a huge help!... and I guess I'll have to stick to dresses and not jeans for this trip haha I will definitely start getting back on track either way1 -
So you know you probably can't lose all the weight, but how about workout suggestions? I did T25 this summer and think it is great. You can even double up and do it twice a day(maybe an alpha workout in the morning and a beta in the evening?) and not take a rest day. I also enjoy Turbo Jam...1

Dancingmoosie thank you for your suggestion, yes I know I can't drop the 10 lbs in 3 weeks in any healthy way at least but I honestly feel that even just 5lb can make a difference in the way my clothes fits. I did core de force today and an insanity. But I think I'll try t25 like you said.. thanks !!0

I LOVE 21 day fix, Autumn Calabrese is pretty motivating and there’s always modifications you can do to make it more or less challenging! Even if you don’t lose 10 pounds as long as you start and stay consistent you’ll feel much better0

Weight loss comes from your calorie deficit, so the number 1 thing to do is get your eating in check.2

My perspective is that one's wardrobe is supposed to enhance and support your life, and not as a measurement of where you should be. All too often we change our bodies to fit our clothes--treating our bodies rather poorly actually in the process. Asking your body to conform to your schedule for an artificial deadline isn't really very "nice" or in your body's best interest. Your body is a dynamic biological entity, not a simple inanimate object.
Now I understand avoiding buying an entire wardrobe, too--especially if you are expecting your body size to change. But to me, that's a separate issue.
What I would do is:
#1. What still fits? Really figure that out. Many clothing items are forgiving of 10 pounds or more. Beach vacation items such as sarongs, loose flowy beach cover-ups, and elastic flowing skirts are quite forgiving. Swimsuits can be more problematic but even then, they are often quite elastic.
#2. Embrace the minimalist vacation packing. Most of us really overpack. Picking out a few key items that work in multiple ways means more versatility. If you can do laundry (even by hand) mid-week that means less packing to do. There are lots of websites devoted to packing so that you bring
#3. Fill in a few key missing pieces on the cheap. If you really do need a couple T-shirts, go to your local megamart and get some plain shirts in your current size that go with your established wardrobe. If you need things like pants, or a dressy outfit, go to your local thrift store for them.
Dress the body you have. You'll look better in the photos, even if you aren't your "ideal" size. You'll be more comfortable, too. Hopefully that will help lead to a better vacation and better relationship with your body, too.7
