I’m a pilates instructor from Orange County recently relocated to the turquoise waters of Turks & Caicos. I’m healthy minded but with a happy balance between sweet potatoes and Oreos. Live it up while we can, right? I honestly just need an accountability partner. I want to get back into lifting weights but I want someone to push me like i push my clients!

Oh good luck! I love lifting weights sometimes as weird as this is k find it best to lift in front of a mirror because you can actually see your muscles working and it can be a great motivation! Don't get distracted by your new muscles in the mirror though lol0
