                    My name is Dee - I have gained 30lbs in the last year. I have lost my way!! I am looking for some tips that will aide in losing these 30lbs.

            So what works for me is this. 1. Try and eat 1200-1500 calories a day. I also do a low carb. I try and get less than 20 carbs per day. Kinda like a low calorie keto lifestyle. I alternate walk/jog between lunch and nighttime 5 days a week M-F. So if I do 30 mins during lunch, I don’t have to do it that night and if I don’t have time during lunch, well I need to at night. I also have myself a strict bedtime because lack of sleep is detrimental to any diet or weight loss plan. I did this and lost 100 lbs. in about 18 months. Then I slacked off and went back to old bad habits and gained 20. Now I’m back and have learned the error in ways and back to what I know works. Starting weight 255 lbs, lowest 155lbs and current 176.4. Good luck!0
