What's on YOUR cardio playlist?

Options
So I'm updating my iPod with some songs to work out to, and I know that more than just a few of us prefer working out to music. So to those of you who do, I'd like to know what's on your workout playlist, so we can all pick and choose to maybe spice up our routines a bit. =]

I've got some Eminem, some Korean and Japanese pop, and Maroon 5. What do you guys have?

My favorite is Calabria by Enur. I stumbled across it on Pandora.

Other than that....all Pitbull songs and most of Rhyanna.

If you don't have them yet, F.Cuz is amazing. I love J-pop and K-pop. Love love love.

I also use dancey stuff - Adam Lambert, Lady Gaga (even though I'm not fond of her, her stuff has a good beat). I use a lot of Tokio Hotel's more upbeat stuff - Automatic, Shrei, Live Every Second.

My favorite songs are all off of Danger Days by My Chemical Romance. The story behind the CD is this post-apocalyptic world where bigger corporations have taken over, so it lets you get in the mindset of running from this evil overlord. If I can get lost in a fantasy, I find it is easy to focus on that then my running or whatever xD.

Lately I've been stuck on some old school DMX, Notorious BIG, Tupac, and some Nelly thrownin for good measure. Didn't know I was a gangstah, did ya?! LOL

I do the podcasts by Motion Traxx. They're set at different BPM's and different lengths of time, and there's no breaks in between the songs. Really helps me get focused when I'm running. I also have "Blow" by Kesha, "More More" by Usher, "Last Friday Night" by Katy Perry, and "Party Rock Anthem" by LMFAO.

Anytime Robyn or Goldfrapp enters my workout shuffle, I get an extra boost of andrenaline. They both have very beat driven music. Great lyrics really motivate me too, especially when I'm starting to get tuckered out, but there are a few songs by Britt Nicole that always keep me going- at least for another 3 minutes. Ready, Good Day, and Indestructible by Britt Nicole are upbeat songs with lyrics that are all about getting rid of the negative stuff in your life.

I recently posted my running playlist here:

    http://www.myfitnesspal.com/blog/goron59/view/running-playlist-133684

Needs updating though as it's not long enough!

I do have some Ibiziy fast stuff, but I find my running pace is a little slower (long legs, I guess). I don't mind if music speed is wrong though, so long as it makes me happy :)

I really love working out to:
    Better Than Ezra - Juicy
Franz Ferdinand - No You Girls Never Know
Mickey Avalon- Stroke Me, My ****, No Class, What Do You Say?
The Rolling Stones- Any of their faster song
    Suzi Quatro- Wild One

These songs are great because they make you want to move. I don't particularly love the first three artists but I do love working out to those songs.

I did my first motion traxx today (treadmill interval level 2) and it was insane. I really enjoyed he challenge. It's a good way to get a good workout and not have to think about what to do. I'm not a runner so I had to modify some of the speeds (not the incline so much), so it's something I have to work up to. One thing I can say is this......my legs are killing me now.
