    Is that all you eat or plan to eat? Why? Why are you asking? Are you hungry? Do you need to be told to eat? You have already been told to eat. Do you think people here will say MFP's suggestion for calorie intake is all wrong?

    Such a low calorie diet is dangerous and will seriously affect your health, over time. If your logging into mfp, why not use it correctly. A minimum, recommended daily calorie intake is 1,200 calories for woman and 1,500 calories for men. You won't find anyone on MFP promoting such a low calorie intake as healthy.

    That's not nearly enough food. You have to know that right? There is no way you're feeling healthy and strong with that little food, especially with barely any vegetables.

    Yeah looking at that it seems she needs to speak to a therapy team if she believes that food will make her gain weight....cause "thin" doesn't need to lose anymore.
