Drinking baby cows growth fluid isn't good for human consumption, nor the poor mother it gets ripped away from too become a milk machine, then slaughtered at 2-3 years old of the 16 years out can live, then the baby gets tossed to slaughter for veal if it's a male, and it's def not good for our planet in any way shape or form what so ever... And considering the FDA allows a certain percentage of feces, pus blood and dirt in cows milk, because it's impossible to filter all out. Eggs are a horrid industry too. Hens artifically raped to lay eggs. Then, the eggs that are fertilized and born, females are kept to become hens to rape and boys go to the grinder (alive) or tied in plastic bags/garbage (alive) because farmers can't afford to do anything else with them. Again, animal agriculture is not good for anyone, the poor sentiment beings with no voice or choice and most certainly the number 1 cause of environmental destruction and decreased natural resources. Make sure you spread the right messages and most certainly facts about animal products. @kandooit. Also, for the record, there's nutrition in tree bark too, but I don't see people out their eating it over drinking cows breast milk and to me that's some weird *kitten* *kitten*, but people find nutrition in another speices milk and it's suddenly ok to consume. Lol. Sorry, this is a touchy subject for me.

Milk is certainly the one which I consume and I m not able to give myself the definite reason to stop because I think cow produces more than enough milk to satisfy her baby and nature has made her to produce it....we cunning humans know how to use nature's product but for our greedy mind we exploit it that's definitely bad and I feel guilty for it @missriva85 ....but if we find out way to pleasantly consume milk without painning the nature its fruitful for us..... :)

Hi I am in the beginning stages of going to a more plant base lifestyle so far I have been able to cut out processed foods and have been cooking my own meals. I would love to have some friends who could help out either with some recipes or groups.
