Long story short in 2013 I lost 90lbs. My mom passed unexpectedly April of 2015 and I gained 50lbs back. It's taken me this long to get over the sever depression I faced and start to take back control of my life. I've lost about 15lbs of what I gained back yay! I, like a dummy, deleted my old MFP account so I lost all my support system. I need people to help encourage and hold me accountable. If you're up to it please add me as friend. I'd love some support thanks!

Two on the left are current, purple middle is my starting in 2012 at almost 300, then where I got to last time. This is my motivation board, excuse my cell picture of my screen haha!
