            Eat more, lift weights or use bodyweight training. It's really that simple. Go with something like 5-10% over your normal TDEE with the exercise figured in, and watch the weight. If it starts going up too fast cut it back a little. A site I use is www.iifym.com. It's done wonders for me. If you try to stick to the macros it suggests your gains won't be all fat. You'll always gain a little, but if you're careful you can minimize it.0
