Looking for help... I’m looking for some ideas for small rewards for myself to keep me motivated in my weight loss journey. ( I don’t want anything food or alcohol related) I’m not a big clothes or shoe person... any ideas would be appreciated please.

Gadget. You could make your home a smart home one milestone at a time.
Active volunteering or donate $X per pound - giving is receiving!
    Flowers - planted or cut
Mani/pedi or massage (especially if you've been working that body!)
Create a "happy nook" in your home just for you. Start with a loveseat or chair you love, then add something for each # lost - painting/sculpture, pillows, good book, scented candles. That's a lot of great energy to retreat to!
    Trips - big and small.

Pamper yourself. A massage, mani/pedi, a facial or how about a new haircut. To me these are a treat because I don't normally spend money on these types of things. Or some expensive make up because I normally buy drug store brand. But everybody is different. Some women get this on a regular basis. What are your interests and hobbies?

I had the same problem recently. I did the c25k and after completing each quarter I bought new pajamas. If they are too big later who cares. Then for the grand finale reward when completing the program I bought myself an Actifry (air fryer.)
