Recipes that reheat well?

I like to cook things that leave lots of leftovers that reheat nicely. I prefer spicy/flavorful foods with easy-to-find ingredients. Does anyone have any recipes that fit the bill? I am looking to expand my repertoire. The food does not necessarily have to be low-cal, as I'm entering maintenance soon.
Thanks!
Thanks!

I just made some great spicy spaghetti for the week. Used whole wheat pasta, and classico spicy red pepper sauce. I like to add in my own fresh green peppers, extra red pepper flakes, and a little fresh garlic.
When reheating, just make sure to re-mix well, and add a little water so it doesn't get dry.0 -

Creamy Zucchini and Spinach Rigatoni

I just use generic brand cheeses, like I use Publix brand reduced fat cream cheese instead of Philadelphia Neufchatel. And I usually add a little white pepper - between that and the crushed red pepper, it has a little kick. It reheats really well, too. I also omit the mushrooms (no fungus for me, please).0 -
Navy bean and ground beef soup. With tomato sauce, onions, garlic, thyme, low sodium beef broth. Soak raw beans first, then simmer soup for about 3 hours. Add pinches of beef after 2 hours. Makes tons, and you only need eat small portions to fill you up. It's kinda like low fat, sodium mild chili.0

Buffalo Chicken Pasta

I love this recipe because you can add/subtract spices to make it as spicy as you want. And the only ingredient that isn't a normal thing to have around the house (for me at least) are the shallots. So I usually either omit them or add finely chopped onions instead. If you like blue cheese/gorgonzola, I highly recommend topping the pasta with it.0 -
Yumm, these are some great ideas!0
