The natural way?
No drugs, you mean?2 -
Yes, I mean no drugs, diet drinks or surgery. Just want to eat healthy foods, be active and feel good.6

Welcome! I'm also looking at doing it all natural, but I'll be honest, sometimes my choices aren't what most people consider 'healthy' but I stay in my calorie range and that's the best thing I could do!6

That's the best way to do it!3

Needs friends to help keep me going!3

Just doin my best the all natural way1

Yup, calories in/calories out, exercise, discipline and time.3

I have lost 140 lb by doing nothing more than eating better and getting outside. I do a lot of walking and hiking.3

76lbs and counting. I am only 3lbs from my overall weight goal and I can shift my goals. I am always looking for friends to add. Feel free to add me.2

What do you have against diet drinks? Artificial sweeteners have been tested extensively over the past 25 years, and there is absolutely nothing harmful about them. (You'd have to eat literally 135 packets of diet sweetener a day to reach the upper safe limits determined by testing.) Researchers have even tested the claims that they somehow make you crave sweets more--also false. If having a diet soda or something makes you feel less like you're depriving yourself, I say have at it.2

I agree. Water is important but I'm going to have at least one refreshing diet sprite a day.1

Happy for you to add me but I did have weight loss surgery otherwise I would have died. Having said that, my lap band no longer works so I'm doing it on my own now! I was 243kg (525lb) when I had lap band and now I'm 178kg (394lb). I owe my life to my lap band but I owe it to myself to keep doing it without it's help.1

I personally believe doing this naturally is the best way if you want it done right and you want it to stay off. I’m0
