Hi im Rose and I got the app because I cross the obesity line for bmi & weight for my heigth. I have 2 kids and I'm a stay at home mom currently and dont get to go to the gym. My weight has reall effected how I feel about myself and I jus wanna look in the mirror and be happy wit what I see. Current 173 goal 130. Taking it one week at a time.

    Take it a day at a time. Nutrition is such an important part of weightloss so meal planning will help you achieve your goal! If you stay persistant and dedicate your mindset to this you can do it!

    Nutrition is much more important than exercise! Remember if you cook healthy your whole family will be healthy
