Why does a 2 egg plain omelette count as 260 calories when 2 boiled eggs only count as 140 calories? Other than a drizzle of oil in the pan I don’t see what is making up the difference

Never use generic recipe style entries in the database. They were created by other users and probably include other ingredients.
Log each ingredient separately.
2 eggs
7 grams of butter

You can find any variation of eggs in the database. "Generic 2 egg omelet" is 140 cal. If cooking the food yourself, log as recommended above ^^0
