Just wanted to send a message of encouragement to all my MFP's. I'm on the never ending journey of eating right and staying active and fit, too! Let your haters be your biggest motivators! No one can want it more than you! When the going gets tough don't rely on yourself, find a reliable support partner! Anyone out there need a accountability partner, I got you!

    Thanks pal. Been through a rough patch and I think I need that support. Likewise I'll offer whatever assistance I can. Feels like I fell off the wagon and have been making poor choices over the last 6 months. New year, better me.
