How is everything coming along ladies? Any roadblocks you want to discuss? I'm losing at an okay pace....almost at a halfway mark.

3 lbs. down since last Tuesday! (no clue how either! Just tried really hard to deny myself little extras & especially desserts & late night eating.)0

14.7 pounds lost and a total of 25 inches lost in 7 weeks!0

Down 15 pounds in 60'ish days. I have just 12 more to get to my goal.
This week was good, down 2 pounds.0 -
I just started yesterday, so I will not be getting back on the scale until next Sat. I'm starting at 205.0

I'm 5'5 and my starting weight was 220 pounds. I lost 9 pounds in 5-6 weeks, then started my period and gained back over 4 pounds. I'm hoping by next week it all melts away.0

12 lbs since July 1. Not the fastest progress, but it is steadily down!:ohwell:0

lose 42 pounds since jan 1, 2011.. start weight was 368 at 326 now.. was size 30 on tops now a size 24ish.. pants were 32 able to zip a size 26 but really tight..0

Lost 58.6 lbs so far! Started at 315lbs in November of 2010 now I am 256.4 lbs. Which is the lightest I have been in about 7 years! Its been slow going sometimes but I''m sticking with it!

Down 32lbs since June 1st (which is when I started taking cinnamon supplements) and 38lbs since my heaviest in March.0

Since April.. am down 25 pounds with 15 more to go and down about 20 inches0

I had lost 10lbs before joining MFP in May. I've lost 30lbs since joining. 40lbs lost since February.0

I'm 5'9", have PCOS, insulin resistance and hypothyroidism...
Pre-MFP starting weight: 250
MFP starting weight: 222
Current: 217 or less (no really known because I've decided to go by measurements and not the scale from here on in)
Inches lost from pre-MFP up to now = 8.5 thus far!!
Went from a size 20/22 to a size 16.
In the month since I've been on MFP, I've lost 1/2 a dress size - well on my way to fitting into a 14 comfortably.0 -
Since joining MFP I've lost 15lbs, but since Feb. 2010 I have lost a total of 83lbs0

i went from 14/15 down to a 5/6 and can squeeze into a size 3/4 (sometimes not much of a squeeze)
As for my shirt, i went from a XL to a size medium0
