New to the site. Been able to eat anything my entire life without it showing until recent few years and now doctor wants me to lose 25 lbs because my choletatol is on an upswing and I have a fatty liver. I know it isn't a lot of weight but it's so difficult doing this alone. Thanks!

Changing what you eat and how you exercise can be difficult. Not changing can be fatal. Scary, yet simple.
Search for all the foods that help lower cholesterol and limit the damage to a fatty liver. Good luck and never give up!!0 -
It’s definitely difficult, but you aren’t alone on here if you don’t wanna be!!!! YOU GOT THIS!!!

Set yourself some mini-goals, like losing three or four pounds a month. Reward yourself for your successes, whether it is buying yourself a new shirt or taking a hike with a friend. I lost 30 pounds following this MFP program, so it's definitely doable! Good luck!0
