Hi, my name is Pamela Shaffer. I will be married 39 years this April and i am a mother of 2 and a grandmother of 8. I work as a security guard. I have been on my post for 4 years now. I am trying to get healthy for me. I go to church and love the Lord. I hope to meet people that can help me. I have just gotten started and have lost 11 lbs so far.
