Hi all I am starting again after a long break my baby is now 10 months old and I think I am as heavy now as I was full term with him and im miserable. I don’t know how much I weigh as I’m waiting for my new scales to arrive but I think it’s going to be a lot. I am feeling positive though and I think I just need to start my days right, not eating breakfast is my biggest problem.
