Anyone have any experience with personal training apps? Good/bad? Would or would not recommend? Either something paid or free. And the quality difference between them?

What kind of app specifically? An app for personal trainers to use for client management or an app for someone who doesn't want a personal trainer? Strength training, cardio, etc what?

    PumpUp -
This app has free programs and the option to pay for a personal trainer for $50 a month.
    Fitbit Coach -
Has a few workouts that are free. It was formally called FitStar. The programs are $7.99 a month and it asks you to rate the difficulty of each exercise during the workout so it can adjust for the next.

I use Jefit and like it a lot. Although it doesn't synch with MFP.
