Its been almost a year since I decided to change and wow I cant believe how far I have come. I know how much it has helped me to come on here and flip through all these amazing success stories, I just hope that I can help someone like me. 
Last year at my heaviest ever I weighed 261 (September)
As of my weigh in this morning I weigh 181
I am still a ways off from were I want to be but I am so happy with what I have already accomplished and I know that if I can do it, anyone can with a little motivation and support!
