2018 - What’s your goal?

A new year; a new me. It has been 6 months since I started my journey. Since then I have lost over 40lbs. and cut my body fat from 25% to 13%.

Now it’s time to crank it up. My goal for the next 10 weeks is to focus on my Macros and reduce my body fat to 6-7% while maintaining my current weight range of 200-205 lbs.

Does anyone else have a similar goal? Let’s hear it.

    Been working so much the last 2 years that I gained back all the weight I lost a couple of years ago. I ended up over 118 which is terrifying, given that I need to be <80. I have got back on track, and my goal this year is to lose as close to 38 kg (~80 lbs) as I can.

    (I've dropped 4kg in Jan so far, but the first couple are always easy...)
